We're looking for a Warehouse Support Specialist for a recently opened warehouse in Echt. The operation is already running, and the team is now focused on improving stability and efficiency.
You'll use SAP and Excel to investigate operational issues, analyse data and help improve warehouse processes. This is a hands-on support role for someone who understands logistics operations and enjoys solving problems.

De functie
- Investigating and resolving operational and system-related issues
- Analysing warehouse data using SAP and Excel
- Identifying the root causes of recurring problems and helping prevent them
- Monitoring and supporting inbound, outbound and inventory processes
- Preparing reports and checking data accuracy
- Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse workflows
- Helping stabilise daily operations and improve existing processes
- Working closely with warehouse teams and other departments to resolve daily issues
Wie we zoeken
- Experience working with SAP in a logistics or warehouse environment (essential)
- Strong Excel skills, including working with and analysing operational data (essential)
- Approximately 1–3 years of relevant logistics or warehouse experience
- Knowledge of inbound, outbound and inventory processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- MBO+/HBO working and thinking level
- Good English communication skills
- Availability to work morning and afternoon shifts
- Your previous job title doesn't need to be Warehouse Support Specialist. Experience in warehouse administration, inventory control or similar operational support roles may also be relevant, provided you meet the essential system requirements
