Who we are

Suggested text: Our website address is: https://bondforce.nl.

Comments

Suggested text: When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

Suggested text: If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

Suggested text: If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Embedded content from other websites

Suggested text: Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who we share your data with

Suggested text: If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

Suggested text: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

Suggested text: If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where your data is sent

Suggested text: Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

  1. Who we are

BondForce B.V. is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. We provide recruitment services and operate https://bondforce.nl.

We are based in ’s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. You can contact us about your personal information at info@bondforce.nl.

Registered business address: Hondsdraf 13 5236RG ‘s-Hertogenbosch

This policy covers our website, contact enquiries and recruitment communications with candidates and business contacts. If an assignment involves additional processing, such as employment or payroll administration, we will provide the relevant information separately.

  1. Information we collect

When you contact us through our website or by email, we collect the details you provide. These may include your name, email address, whether you are looking for a role or hiring, and your message.

If you discuss opportunities with us or send a CV, we may also receive your phone number, work history, qualifications, skills, preferred location, availability and expectations for your next role. For business enquiries, we may receive your company name, job title and information about your hiring needs.

Please only send information relevant to your enquiry or recruitment needs. You do not need to send a passport, citizen service number (BSN), medical information or other sensitive documents when making an initial enquiry.

Our website and hosting services may also process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information, access times and security logs, to deliver and protect the website.

  1. Why we use your information

We use personal information to:

Depending on the purpose, our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and carrying out recruitment and business communications, your consent, or a legal obligation.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider the necessity of the processing and its effect on your rights and reasonable expectations. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time by emailing info@bondforce.nl. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out lawfully before you withdrew consent.

  1. Who we share information with

Access is limited to people who need the information for their work.

We use service providers to operate our business and website, including Hostinger for website hosting and Microsoft 365 for email. These providers process information where necessary to supply their services.

During recruitment, we may share relevant candidate information with a prospective employer in connection with an opportunity discussed with the candidate. We will discuss an introduction with you before sending your CV or identifiable candidate profile to an employer. We do not publish your CV on our website.

Sharing your data with third parties
We share your CV and details with third parties, such as clients and partner recruitment agencies, only with your explicit permission, and only for the specific vacancy we discussed with you. We ask for this permission for each vacancy. Third parties we work with may use your details only for that vacancy.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers or authorities where necessary for legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. We do not sell your personal information.

  1. How long we keep information

We use the following retention approach:

These periods apply to the information we keep in email as well as any related working copies. If you withdraw permission to keep candidate details for future roles, we remove those details unless there is a separate lawful reason to retain particular information.

  1. Cookies and external links

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website and to help us improve it. This may include information about pages visited, interactions, browser and device type, and approximate location. Google processes this information on our behalf.

Analytics cookies require your consent. You can accept or reject them through our cookie banner and change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Further details are available in our Cookie Policy.

WordPress and our hosting services may also use cookies necessary for technical functions, security or administrator login. You do not need a website account to contact us.

We do not currently use advertising tracking pixels or reCAPTCHA.

Our website includes links to external services, such as LinkedIn. If you follow a link, that service’s own privacy policy applies. Your contact form information is not shared with LinkedIn simply because our website links to it.

For more information about Google’s processing of personal data, see Google’s Privacy Policy.

  1. Storage, security and international transfers

We currently manage contact enquiries and candidate correspondence in Microsoft 365 email rather than a separate recruitment database. Information submitted through the contact form also passes through our website and hosting services for delivery.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information and limit access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Our service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we use the applicable transfer safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, as appropriate. You can contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.

  1. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict its use, or provide a portable copy. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.

Email info@bondforce.nl to make a request. We may ask for proportionate information to confirm your identity. We normally respond within one month. If a permitted extension is needed because of the complexity or number of requests, we will explain this within that month.

Some information may need to be retained because of a legal obligation or another applicable exception.

You may also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens: https://www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl. You are welcome to raise a concern with us first, but you do not have to do so before contacting the authority.

  1. Providing information and recruitment decisions

To reply to an enquiry, we need a working contact address and sufficient information to understand your message. You decide what additional information to provide. Without information relevant to a role, we may be unable to assess your suitability or arrange an introduction.

We do not make recruitment decisions based solely on automated processing or profiling.

  1. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our services or use of personal information change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
