Work that fits you.
We help you find your next role in logistics and operations.
What matters most to you?
Every candidate weighs a new job differently. Pick what counts for you and see how we handle it.
01
Shifts & hours
The real schedule, before you apply.
We ask the client which shifts you would work, how often they rotate and what overtime looks like, and we tell you before you apply.
02
Salary
The salary range, up front.
We ask the client for the salary range, including shift allowances, and share it with you at the start. If an offer will not match what you need, we say so before you spend time on interviews.
03
The team
Who you will actually work with.
We ask the client about the team, the manager and how the floor is run, so you know what you are stepping into, not just the job title.
04
Growing further
A step that moves you forward.
Tell us where you want to be in two years. We look for roles that take you there, whether that is your first team lead role or a move into planning.
05
Travel time
Close to home, for real.
We focus on Brabant and Limburg, so we can talk honestly about the journey to each site, by car, bike or public transport.
06
My language
Start in the language you prefer.
We speak several languages, including English, Slovak, Czech and Polish, so you can ask questions and discuss opportunities more comfortably.
Always free for candidates
The kinds of roles we focus on.
We work mainly on operational, coordination and leadership roles.
Planners & specialists
Planning, WMS, transport and other operational support roles where accuracy and system knowledge matter. For people who like data.
Coordinators
Planning, dispatch and shift coordination. For people who stay calm when the plan changes and keep the shift running.
Team Leaders & Supervisors
Shift leads, line supervisors and floor managers with responsibility for the shift and their team.
Operators
Warehouse operators, reach truck and forklift drivers, inventory controllers and skilled production roles. Experience helps, but it is not always required.
With you through every step.
We start by asking what you’re looking for. You’ll know what’s happening, why we think an opportunity fits and what comes next. We reply to the CVs we receive, whether the answer is yes or no.
01
Conversation
We listen. You tell us what you are looking for, your experience and what matters to you.
02
Introduction
When there’s a suitable opportunity, we introduce you to the client, help arrange interviews and keep you updated on feedback.
03
Placement
If the role is right and both sides agree, we support the process up to the offer and your contract with the client.
04
Settling in
Our support continues after you start. We check in during your first weeks and stay available for any questions.

I’ve been on both sides of this conversation.
Get in touch and you’ll speak to someone who knows the work and will take the time to listen.
My first warehouse job was on night shifts in England. I was 21 and had just moved from Slovakia. I later moved to the Netherlands, where I worked in warehouse operations, team leadership, coordination and logistics engineering.
Having done those jobs myself, I know how different the same role can be from one company to another. The team, the manager and how the work is organised all make a difference. Those are things I’d want to know before changing jobs, so they’re also things I want to discuss with candidates.
I’ve been a candidate too. It can be difficult to explain everything you’ve done in a CV, especially when you’re trying to take a step into something new. I want to give people time to explain their experience and be honest with them about the opportunities we discuss.
That was part of the reason Amrita and I started BondForce. Logistics has been a large part of my working life, and I wanted to use that experience to help people with their next move.
